Alsoooo I've got a few announcements for this month's 'from ddoboja' but let's get onto what I've watched, listened to, and have done in the month of March!

<THE SHAPE OF WATER>
This was one weird movie... LOL
I was looking forward to it because I really enjoy Guillermo del Toro's films and I heard such goods things about it from the people around me but I couldn't get into this one ㅠㅠ
I enjoyed the artistic aspects to it but the overall storyline was meh...

I need all of you guys to watch this ㅠㅠ
Especially if you enjoyed 'My Name is Kim Sam Soon' (which is a legendary k-drama)
Kim Sun Ah plays the same type of strong, confident female lead but this drama is so sad

But it's also really funny at the same time
The epilogues at the end will break your heart every time because it always reveals how Kam Woo Sung and Kim Sun Ah are connected to each other
I really really really recommend it!

There's no acting holes (except for the actress who plays Kam Woo Sung's daughter and the part time worker at Oh Ji Ho's cafe - like I don't understand the point of his character...)
<THE SECRET LIFE OF WALTER MITTY>
I watched this film on my flight back home and this might sound super cliche but this movie really inspired me creatively and personally ㅠㅠ
I recommend it to everyone who feels as if they're stuck in a routine in their life and are scared to take any risks or chances.
You can't get anywhere if you don't step out of your comfort zone.

At first, I was a bit weary of watching this drama...
The title turned me off, I wasn't a huge fan of IU's acting and while translating the whole Oh Dal Su - #MeToo scandal, I didn't want to watch it even more if he was still going to be in the drama...
But then they dropped Oh Dal Su and added our favorite actor, Park Ho San-nim from 'Prison Playbook'!
I think this character fits IU really well - her acting wasn't cringey or bad at all, her character is just a bit cynical and dark
I can't wait to watch more episodes ㅠㅠ

Another month has passed and I have been listening to DAY6 nonstop
My friend recommended this song to me and I can't stop listening to it ㅠㅠ
It's so heartbreaking
Why does it feel like I went through a serious breakup every time I listen to this song
I literally feel like I'm a part of a drama and the male lead is chasing after me while I'm leaving on the bus LOLOL

I also get the urge to yell out "YEPEOSSEOOOOO!!!!" every time the boys sing it in the chorus and the "DAAAAAAAAA"-part 😂
But I stay quiet and just bob my head along to the beat lol

For me, the song just captivates how an early morning drive feels like LOL
I can see this song coming out on 'Hyori's Homestay' but the title of the song is a bit... LOLOL

That's extremely rude to all translators who take time out of their own personal lives to translate for international fans and many of us translate for fun, we don't get paid to translate.

As many of you guys already know, I traveled this month to London and Paris!
It was my first time flying alone (and it was an international flight) so the process was a bit scary but I was happy that I was able to do things independently on this flight without the help of my older sibling or parents LOL
I loved London sooooo much!
The architecture, the weather, and oh my goshhhh... the people dress so nicely!
Everyone looked so classy with their coats and suits ㅠ.ㅠ
Why can't everyone dress like that in the US 😩
We all look like hobos compared to them LOL
Notting Hill was my favorite part of the trip~
Look how pretty the houses are ♡
Fun fact: I really like going to museums, I went to four museums back to back in London in one day and boy... was I tired at the end of the day LOL
This was at the Natural History Museum and that's a whale skeleton!
Paris was... an experience... haha
Our flight back to London got cancelled and the whole ordeal was a huge mess...
I really liked the architecture in Paris too ㅠㅠ
Europe really has the best architecture and transportation system ♡
I went to a cafe that was known for being really aesthetic on Instagram but the drinks and service weren't that good LOL
I have more pictures and vlogs but I don't want to spam you guys with them
